How to reach high horse power for Evo3

Recently i accompany one of my friend for some wiring checking, he own a turbo engine and its quite a powerful car... and when i pop up his hood, i know why the car so powerful!!

Haha what a nice joke... his car not calculated by horse power, its Rat power!!
